Explore stylish storage. Shop our collection of antique oriental trunks & storage chests. Indian military chests are usually made in teak wood or rosewood and are brass bound. Chinese camphor wood chests and antique opera chests from Shanxi are among our most popular pieces, all of which can be used as blanket boxes or coffee tables.
Our genuine antiques are restored by our artisan team and are always dated. Pieces date from 250 years old to pieces made up from old solid wood.
Our Chests and Trunks are sourced from India, China and Tibet. They are very useful pieces of furniture in a Bedroom or Living room. Great for storage of extra bedding or clothes, plus they can also be used as a Coffee Table if space is limited.Unless stated otherwise our chests and boxes are genuine antique pieces dating from Mid 19th century. All restoration is carried out in our own workshop in Wiltshire.
